FLM is an initiative of the Source Summit Global that partners with employers to provide transportation to and from work for employees in need. These services complement other limited local transportation services by transporting individuals to work, as needed or requested by their employer. The objective of FLM is to remove barriers to employment by providing first and last mile transportation between home and work. The program works with local organizations to provide financial counseling for individuals using FLM to enhance financial sufficiency and establish independent means of transportation. We are jointly funded through city county and private partnerships support our ability to bridge the gap in transportation access.
We provide transportation services throughout the entire City of Columbia and Boone County area.
